Job summary
The Standard is seeking a Learning and Development BI Analyst II to deliver data-driven insights, build dashboards, and automate reporting to support learning initiatives. You will transform data from multiple systems into actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to improve reporting and learning technology usage.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in BI/analytics, Power BI expertise, and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, HR analytics, or related field.
- Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI.
- Experience automating processes/workflows with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
- Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Analyze learning, workforce and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and provide recommendations.
- Support LMS and learning technology administration.
