Job summary

Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Reporting Specialist to own the design, development, and automation of L&D data reporting.

You will transform legacy Excel tools into scalable Power BI solutions, build data pipelines, and serve as the analytics SME for the L&D team. You will work across LMS platforms and external data sources, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in data analytics or BI.
• Experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and security awareness.
• Proficient with Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and RLS.
• Experience integrating LMS/KnowledgeBase data with external datasets.

Responsibilities

• L&D Platform Data Management: manage data connections between LMS/KnowledgeBase and Power BI for automated reporting.
• Reporting Infrastructure & Power BI Development: build dashboards showing training journey, KPI trends, and secure access via RLS.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Governance: standardize KPI definitions, maintain inventory, and govern data access.
• Data Analysis & Insights: interpret learning analytics to reveal insights for leadership and action.
