Job summary

The Standard is hiring a Learning & Development Business Intelligence Analyst II to deliver data-driven insights that advance learning initiatives. You will develop dashboards, reports, and automated solutions that measure learning effectiveness, learner engagement, workforce trends, project progress, and operational performance.

You will partner with business stakeholders to transform data from multiple systems into actionable insights, improving reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, HR, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, HR analytics, learning analytics or related field.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience automating processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or People Analytics.
• Preferred: Experience with LMS (Cornerstone, Schoox) and/or digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Analyze learning, workforce, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and provide recommendations.
• Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology administration.
