Job summary

Clearsulting is actively seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead end-to-end Kyriba and Treasury Management System delivery across complex implementations. You will own delivery quality, coach teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while identifying opportunities to expand engagements and drive long-term roadmaps aligned with treasury strategy.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 3+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered).
• Strong project management capability, RAID/risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects and timelines.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba and Treasury Management System delivery across complex implementations and optimizations.
• Own delivery quality across a portfolio of engagements with high client satisfaction and healthy economics.
• Serve as senior escalation point for project challenges with executive-level client communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand engagements.
• Lead business development across the sales lifecycle, including proposals, scoping, and pricing.
• Mentor teams, develop tools and accelerators to scale delivery capability.
• Monitor engagement economics, profitability, utilization, and performance.
