Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Director, Treasury to lead Kyriba and treasury solutions delivery for a portfolio of client engagements. You will guide complex customer challenges, manage projects, and drive value across the treasury practice in a hybrid/remote environment.

You will coach teams, shape strategic initiatives, and contribute to proposals, client expansions, and market leadership. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 4+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong project management including milestones, risk & change management.
• Experience leading teams and business development in treasury space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert across Kyriba and treasury solutions, guiding complex client challenges.
• Own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring delivery success and healthy engagement economics.
• Provide quality assurance on deliverables, designs, and configurations, guiding teams as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive strategic initiatives and identify new offerings to enhance firm value.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Represent the firm in the market, building relationships with clients and alliance partners.
