Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking an Associate Manager, Treasury to own Kyriba workstreams end‑to‑end, acting as the client lead and coordinating requirements, designs, and go‑live activities. You will review configurations, lead UAT, and drive readiness ahead of cutover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or professional services delivery.
• Hands on Kyriba/TMS implementation experience across multiple modules.
• Certifications: at least 4 Kyriba certifications or equivalent depth.
• Project management fluency for your scope: workplan maintenance, status reporting, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Client-ready deliverables: mapping specs, test plans, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more workstreams end‑to‑end on Kyriba projects—facilitating requirements and go‑live.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and review configurations.
• Lead UAT and drive readiness sign‑offs ahead of cutover and hypercare.
• Coordinate integrations (files/APIs/SFTP) with client IT, banks, and ERP teams.
• Mentor and supervise analysts, set goals, delegate work, and provide feedback.
• Maintain RAID items and mitigation plans; escalate risks with options.
• Build accelerators and playbooks to improve velocity and consistency.
