Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead end-to-end Kyriba implementations and Treasury Management System optimizations across multiple client engagements.

You will own delivery quality, manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, and drive business development, while coaching teams and developing reusable tools that scale our treasury offerings. Hybrid or remote work with travel up to 10% is available.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in professional services delivery.
• 3+ years Kyriba or TMS implementation.
• 2 Kyriba certifications (or equivalent)
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba and TMS implementations across complex projects.
• Ensure delivery quality across a portfolio of engagements and manage risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead business development across the full sales lifecycle and contribute to proposals and pricing.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and develop reusable tools and accelerators.
