Job summary

Clearsulting LLC, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, seeks an Associate Manager, Treasury to own multiple Kyriba workstreams end-to-end.

You will lead requirements, design, configuration oversight, and go-live activities, serving as the client lead on your scope while coordinating with finance teams and IT. Travel up to 10% is expected; hybrid or remote options are available to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or professional services delivery.
• Hands-on Kyriba/TMS implementation across modules.
• Proven workstream ownership with minimal oversight.
• 4 Kyriba certifications or equivalent depth.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Coaching mindset for junior team development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workstreams on Kyriba projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Lead UAT and cutover readiness.
• Coordinate integrations with client IT, banks, ERP teams.
• Mentor analysts and review deliverables.
• Maintain RAID logs and risk mitigation.
• Create accelerators and templates for teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet quality expectations.
