Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to lead end-to-end Kyriba and Treasury Management System delivery across complex implementations, while owning successful client relationships and program outcomes.

The role emphasizes senior leadership in delivery quality, engagement economics, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and practice growth, including mentoring teams and developing scalable tools across engagements.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 3+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered).
• Strong project management capability, including workplan ownership, milestone tracking, RAID/risk management, status reporting, change management, and engagement economics/communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear stakeholder-ready messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects, maintaining timelines and setting appropriate expectations internally and externally.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kyriba and broader Treasury Management System delivery across complex implementations and optimizations.
• Own delivery quality across a portfolio of concurrent engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and healthy engagement economics.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for project and workstream challenges with executive-level client communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Lead business development across the full sales lifecycle, including opportunities, expansions, and proposal work.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, coaching across levels and developing reusable tools and accelerators.
• Monitor engagement economics across portfolio including profitability and delivery performance.
• Balance client delivery with practice growth through methodologies, tools, and innovations.
