The role sits at the intersection of compliance, product, and operations, requiring deep data analysis, workflow mapping, automation, and a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency, with leadership responsibilities across

Qualifications

Strong analytical ability to map complex workflows and data fields.
Knowledge of CIP/KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
Experience delivering clear and accurate reporting (Tableau/SQL).
Project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive vision and continuous improvement of the Verifications function.
Ensure robust CIP/KYC compliance and audit readiness.
Lead operations with focus on efficiency and SLAs.
Drive automation and tooling enhancements (IDV, screening, workflow tools).
Collaborate with Operations and Product to improve KYC efficiency and customer experience.
Deliver analytics to track performance and inform decisions.
Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis.
