Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a proactive Risk Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across Fraud, Payments, KYC & Verification, AML, EDD, and Responsible Gaming. You will lead front-line analysts, ensure tasks meet SLAs, and escalate issues to Compliance.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and risk monitoring in a regulated online gaming environment, with KPI-driven performance and a culture of continuous improvement. Hybrid options available.

Qualifications

Experience in operational or risk-related roles within online gaming or fintech.
Strong knowledge in KYC, Fraud, AML, Payments or RG.
Experience mentoring or leading a team in a regulated setting.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of front-line teams across Fraud, Payments, KYC & Verification, AML, EDD and RG.
Coach, train and mentor analysts; manage escalations and performance reviews.
Monitor workflows, SLAs, quality scores and key operational metrics.
Identify process improvements and support system upgrades with cross-functional teams.
Escalate material issues to Manager or Compliance; participate in audits and reviews.
