Soft2Bet, a leading international iGaming company, is seeking a Head of Risk to oversee risk, fraud, and KYC operations across its New Jersey business. This role focuses on strengthening controls, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliant execution in a fast-paced market.

As Head of Risk, you will lead in-house and outsourced teams, develop scalable anti-fraud strategies, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with AML to report suspicious activity while protecting customers and the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Risk, Fraud, and KYC in a regulated industry.
• Proven leadership in iGaming, fintech, or payments.
• Hands-on experience with withdrawals, KYC reviews, and verification in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk, Fraud, and KYC teams in New Jersey and outsourced locations.
• Develop and implement anti-fraud strategies and rules engines.
• Ensure timely processing of withdrawals and KYC documentation per SLA.
• Collaborate with AML to identify and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain workflows between Risk, Customer Support, and VIP teams.
• Create, update, and improve procedures related to antifraud and risk controls.
