Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Performance Manager for the Verifications Team to define and optimize CIP/KYC programs, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling scalable growth.

This role combines compliance, product, and operations, requiring deep dive analysis, workflow mapping, and automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk-based decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of iGaming KYC or related experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdiction licensing.
• Deep AML, KYC, and Responsible Gambling knowledge.
• Ability to deliver clear reporting (Tableau/SQL).
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to translate complex queries into simple language.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership of the Verifications function aligning with goals.
• Ensure compliance with CIP/KYC and AML regulations.
• Lead operations with focus on efficiency and SLAs.
• Drive automation and tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to improve KYC.
• Provide reporting and analytics to track performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and regulatory trends.
