Job summary

Carta is seeking a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to manage the KYC request lifecycle for high-volume client interactions. You will validate documentation, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC frameworks.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2+ years in compliance, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role supports our global clients and regulatory partners.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• Ability to review and validate KYC documentation for completeness.
• Experience with corporate banking, legal services, or fund compliance is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing roles.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and high-volume requests.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to timely resolution.
• Serve as primary client contact for KYC inquiries and guidance.
• Review documents for AML/KYC compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready KYC records in Carta's systems.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and implement updates.
