Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in document review/verification
• 1+ year in customer support/dealing with customer queries
• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Collaborative attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in online gambling or the banking industry
• Experience with Geocomply, LexisNexis and Sharepoint
• Experience or Intermediate skill in Excel/Office
• Experience of risk management, internet industry and online payment mechanisms
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day processes within the KYC Team
• Monitor and action ingoing and outgoing verification activity
• Ensure KYC/AML and Responsible Gaming compliance per regulatory requirements
• Deal with KYC related escalations from Customer Service
• Process member Cash Out requests in line with AML and KYC policies
• Monitor 3rd party payment systems for issues
• Investigate day-to-day issues and problems
• Communicate with VIP team to satisfy fraud, KYC, EDD, risk & AML needs
• Verify member identity documents for multiple states & jurisdictions
• Liaise between members and internal/3rd party teams
• Assist player onboarding during the KYC process
