Responsibilities:
Salary: $54,000 to $58,000 USD

1+ year experience in document review/verification
1+ year in customer support/dealing with customer queries
Experience troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Collaborative attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in online gambling or the banking industry
Experience with Geocomply, LexisNexis and Sharepoint
Experience or Intermediate skill in Excel/Office
Experience of risk management, internet industry and online payment mechanisms
Experience customer support/dealing with customer queries
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn quickly from mistakes
Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
