Job summary

Bally’s is seeking an AML – Customer Due Diligence professional in Jersey City, NJ to review alerts, investigate activity, and prepare clear SARs while supporting regulatory reporting and leadership with weekly updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years AML experience, preferably in iGaming or banking, with familiarity in GeoComply, LexisNexis, SharePoint, and strong Excel skills. CAMS certification is a big plus; enjoy a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AML tools and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding AML compliance with alerts and investigations.
• Review triggers, investigate activity, and identify suspect behavior.
• Prepare SARs with strong documentation for regulators.
• Produce weekly compliance reports for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate with Payments, KYC, Compliance and VIP teams.
