Innova Solutions is hiring a KYC Administrator for one of the clients. Location: West Des Moines, IA; hybrid with 3 days onsite. Contract / Full-time, duration 12+ months.

Role includes completing KYC reviews prior to onboarding, performing CIP/CDD activities, and reviewing contracts for Merchant Services accounts. This position is open to W-2 engagements and offers pay between $25 and $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of KYC, AML, BSA, CIP, and CDD compliance processes.
• Experience with account opening, customer onboarding, or related KYC operations.
• Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and contribute to overall team effectiveness
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews prior to account opening
• Perform CIP/CDD activities in alignment with AML policies and procedures
• Review contract packages and customer documentation for new Merchant Services accounts prior to onboarding
• Identify deficiencies and reject incomplete or incorrect requests for correction prior to onboarding
• Use technical expertise to resolve escalated issues and complex operational requests
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving or implementing processes and customer support
• Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within the Operations functional area

Job Type: Contract / Full-time

Duration: 12+ Months

This role completes Know Your Customer reviews and quality controls related to contract packages for new Merchant Services accounts prior to onboarding.

In this role, you will:

• Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and contribute to overall team effectiveness

• Perform CIP/CDD activities in alignment with AML policies and procedures

An ideal candidate will have:

• Working knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP, and CDD compliance processes
• Experience with account opening, customer onboarding, or related KYC operations
• Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or quality assurance
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Banking experience is preferred
• Underwriting experience is a plus
• Merchant Services or financial-services onboarding experience is a plus

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
