Technology Operations Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Position type: Full Time - Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

You will:

• Research, update, and finalize policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner extensively with business units to align operational practices with regulatory expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails to support transparency and accountability.
• Provide risk, compliance, and control perspectives to strengthen operational governance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Information Security, Technology Operations, or Identity & Access Management.
• Experience performing access management, provisioning, and identity lifecycle administration activities.
• Experience working within ticketing, workflow, or service management environments.

W-2 basis only: This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range: $35/hr to $40/hr
