Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).
Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
