Influencer Program Marketing Manager - Industry (contract)

KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main day-to-day support - owning 8 Executive Influencer relationships, content calendars and strategy.
  • Contribute as a key strategist and sounding board for rapidly scaling program.
  • Work with the team in finding new efficiencies in process and reporting systems (AI tools).
  • Train and guide new members of this exponentially scaling program.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with executive leaders, managers, peers, clients, the media, partners, and more.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and proofing skills, including proficiency in AP style; skilled at using a variety of content types to reach diverse platforms, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Research and understand content across US and global firm to assess applicability across the Influencer roster and find adjacencies.
  • Be a resourceful self-starter and solution-seeker who demonstrates a high level of initiative and intellectual curiosity.
  • Be open-minded and a fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and organization skills.
  • Be digital and social media savvy, with an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR strategies and tactics, a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with exceptional expertise in B2B social media and content.
  • Ability to ingest and re-articulate complex content into snackable social posts.
  • Ability to find adjacencies from disparate topics / pillars and infuse and reinforce firm branding.
  • Capable of capturing synergies across campaign / pillar / industry / brand / firm and connecting dots between Partners.
  • Ability to communicate at an executive level and build trust with Partners, understanding both subject matter and business.
  • Adapt style and process in interactions with Partners to translate into genuine content.
  • Understand firm structure and infuse work with firm values.
  • Multimedia experience to create bespoke content (video, podcasts, graphics).
  • Ability to utilize and develop AI tools for drafting and SEO optimization.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
