KPMG is seeking a Lead Specialist, Contract Management to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Managed Services Market Growth Team, OGC, Risk, and Finance teams in negotiating and drafting Client agreements and renewals using approved contract templates for assigned Managed Services Solutions.
  • Coordinate with the MS Market Growth business team to set up sales opportunities and manage Sentinels and CEACs before moving into the contracting phase.
  • Perform daily reporting on contract progress, maintaining the Contract Management Contracting in Process (“CIP”) file as the central data repository for ongoing contracts; maintain a database summarizing contract terms across all active engagements.
  • Maintain the contracts schedule and proactively assist CSMs and the MS Market Growth Team in driving renewals before contract expiration.
  • Assist the vendor management team with PIM processes, AT reviews, procurement tools, and collaborate with TPRM as needed.
  • Support Reselling department and alliance activities, including opening procurement tickets, negotiating terms, and closing out agreements.
  • Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a consultative services organization; management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong background in Contract Management and/or Legal experience is ideal.
  • Knowledge of contracts such as MSAs, Engagement Letters, SOWs, and Amendments.
  • Skills in contract negotiation and drafting, with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical, process-driven, detail-oriented, with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.

California Salary Range: $106,200 - $237,700.
