KPMG is currently seeking the Director of Data and Integration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various integrations using legacy and iPaaS, well-versed with AI/ML approaches and data management strategies using Databricks and Fabric.
  2. Create and articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS competency group, influencing successful outcomes and making timely decisions.
  3. Collaborate effectively with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and Senior Executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategic goals.
  4. Well-versed with Analytics solutions and Data, API catalogues to help the firm with Agentic Deployment.
  5. Build and lead an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities of developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Integrations; optimize the performance, quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization, and increasing automation and process efficiency.
  6. Drive the execution of technical strategies and manage a large team comprising experts, intermediates, and junior employees, alongside third-party outsourced/captive provider teams that operate within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum twelve years of recent experience in Data/Enterprise Integrations/ strategies and management with expertise in integration security best practices and architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of successful strategic integrations with disparate systems such as Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, Global Risk Information Platform (GRIP), Next Generation Client Lifecycle Engagement and Assessment System (NGCLEAS), Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow (KCw).
  4. Experience with various integration patterns and thought leadership in agile environments; displayed excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a solid track record in the run state.
  6. Advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work, with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy.
  7.
