Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related warehouse experience, preferably in pharma.
• Must read English and understand training documents and signage.
• Pass medical screening and background checks.
• Self-motivated, fast-paced team player with customer focus.
• 5+ years with ERP systems, preferably SAP; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, attend/lead meetings, track KPIs and report results.
• Coordinate workflow with multiple departments to meet business needs.
• Ensure staff are trained per SOPs and maintain training records.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, GxP and gov't standards.
• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound material for quality and accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment with correct labeling and quantities.
• Transfer material to storage or shipping locations as needed.
