AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to manage material movement with high compliance and quality. The role requires independent decision-making in alignment with leadership to optimize cost, time and accuracy.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, cross-department coordination, and ensuring proper training and SOP adherence. The position involves handling inbound/outbound goods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience preferably within a pharmaceutical operations setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read training materials in English.
• Pass medical screening and/or background checks conducted by authorities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast changing work demand.
• 5+ years working with an ERP system, preferably SAP, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and RF scanners.

Responsabilités

• Lead through example with strong attendance and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate workflow with multiple departments to meet business needs.
• Ensure associates are trained per SOPs and complete training documentation.
• Maintain compliance with training, safety, GxP, and gov't standards.
• Process paperwork accurately according to policies and procedures.
• Handle cross-training across multiple operation areas.
