Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5+ years in pharmaceutical operations.
• Able to read English training documents, product labeling, and signage.
• Pass medical screening and background checks as required.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold temperatures with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies to maintain training, safety, GxP, and audits.
• Process paperwork accurately according to procedures.
• Adapt to fast changing work demands.
• Cross-train in multiple operation areas with low error rate.
• Receive, inspect inbound product for infestation, overages, shortages, damages.
• Pick customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping areas.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and addresses on orders.
• Act as SME during compliance audits and communicate findings.
• Maintain valid driver’s license for driving departmental vehicles.
