AbbVie in Chicago seeks an experienced EHS Manager for Warehouse Operations to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across warehouse and distribution activities. You will partner with multiple functions to identify hazards, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in EHS/Engineering plus 5+ years of EHS experience or master’s plus 3 years.
• Experience implementing EHS regulations and incident investigations.
• Ability to set measurable goals and action plans.
• Ability to develop standards and/or policies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for warehouse operations.
• Provide EHS guidance during planning, changes, and improvements.
• Establish annual EHS goals, metrics, and improvement priorities.
• Promote proactive safety culture and hazard prevention.
• Conduct risk assessments, ergonomics, and safety observations.
• Manage environmental programs including waste and chemical storage.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and incidents.
• Develop and maintain warehouse emergency response plans and drills.
• Manage warehouse safety training program
