Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Warehouse Associate in North Chicago to handle inbound receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. You will process paperwork, verify orders, and support multiple areas of operation in a dynamic warehouse.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma-like settings, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and RF scanners.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience in pharmaceutical operations.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a -20°C to 30°C environment.
Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to read English training documents and labeling.
Pass medical screening and background checks.
Strong math calculation skills.
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect inbound product for infestation, overages, shortages, and damages.
Accurately pick customer orders for shipment and ensure correct quantities.
Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping locations.
Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer orders.
Operate material handling equipment and wear PPE.
Maintain compliance with safety, GxP, and company policies.
