Job summary

PPG is seeking a Performance Specialist to drive measurable operational improvements, productivity, and profitability for assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will partner with collision center leadership, deliver performance-based solutions, and strengthen long-term customer relationships while reporting to the Collision Performance Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of related experience in customer service or sales support.
Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
Focus on retention, growth, and performance improvement for existing main accounts.
Partner with sales, leadership, and distribution to align service with strategic goals.
Complete required Workday corporate training and maintain compliance.
Ensure learning and certifications remain current.
Conduct structured KPI and performance reviews with customers.
Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and metrics.
Observe shop workflows to identify constraints and improve productivity.
Collaborate with sales and distribution to ensure aligned customer messaging.
