Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collision repair, automotive refinish, or related operations.
• Experience with collision center workflows and managing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support PPG CDN customers and MSO locations.
• Engage with customers to identify operational challenges.
• Coordinate new installations and operational performance improvements.
