PPG, a global leader in protective and decorative coatings, seeks a Performance Specialist in New York to drive measurable operational improvements for assigned customers. You will partner with collision centers and Strategic PPG Customers to deliver performance-based solutions and strengthen loyalty, reporting to the Collision Performance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
• Drive retention, growth, and performance improvements in core accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, leadership, and distribution to align service efforts with goals.
• Complete required Workday training and maintain compliance.
• Conduct KPI and performance reviews with key customers.
• Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and metrics.
• Identify workflow constraints to improve productivity and profitability.
• Travel as required for the role.
