Qualifications

• Some College education preferred.
• Experience in managing tax credits sites and affordable housing tenants.
• Strong property maintenance, budgeting and marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency in OneSite Property Management software.
• COS, LIHTC and ARM certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and perform daily bank deposits.
• Prepare delinquency reports and accounting summaries.
• Aim to achieve KPI targets for occupancy and expenses.
• Manage invoices and vendor costs efficiently.
• Oversee lease administration from move-in to move-out.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain a cooperative, customer-focused property environment.
• Market properties to maximize occupancy.
