Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing programs is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage resident relations and market properties effectively.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to document and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and all move-in and compliance paperwork.
• Answer phone lines and provide apartment information per Fair Housing standards.
• Route messages and emails; follow up on inquiries and maintain timely responses.
• Greet prospects, build rapport, assess needs, and guide tours to close leases.
• Update advertising across marketing platforms daily.
• Review brochures, leases, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Handle move-in/move-out administrative tasks and resident retention efforts.
• Market properties to maintain high occupancy levels.
