Job summary

JES Holdings, via its Fairway Management division, seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities, including leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes strong customer service and adherence to Fair Housing standards.

The position requires 2+ years in affordable housing (LIHTC/Section 8), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Real Page Onesite. On-site work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and learning new software

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and drive occupancy while managing budgets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations
• Address and manage resident concerns and coordinate property staff
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff and inspect units
• Ensure timely rent collection and uphold Fair Housing standards
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets
