Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia, Bulgaria, seeks a Korean Speaking Support Specialist to be the frontline for Korean-speaking clients in our Customer Support Services practice. The role requires native or fluent Korean, strong English, and a proactive service mindset.

On-site in Sofia, with full relocation support for this international opportunity. You will handle complex inquiries, maintain CRM records, collaborate with an international team, and strive to exceed KPIs while delivering

Qualifications

Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong command of English for internal company communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Korean-speaking clients, providing high-level support.
Resolve complex inquiries through multiple channels while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with international teammates to share best practices and optimize workflows.
