Job summary

SBT Global is seeking a Recruiter to connect businesses with talented professionals in an on-site Irvine setting. You will source candidates, screen them, and guide them through interviews and offers to successful hires.

Entry-level applicants are welcome; 1–3 years of experience is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Korean is a plus. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting annual compensation and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred as noted in qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates’ strengths and match them with opportunities.
• Post job openings and search for talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews (pre-screening).
• Coordinate interview schedules and updates between clients and candidates.
• Explain opportunities and terms, and support the offer process.
• Maintain candidate relationships from first contact through start of employment.
