SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to connect Irvine-based businesses with talented professionals. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Fluent in Korean and English, you will conduct interviews and write professional emails in both languages. This is a full-time, on-site position with performance-based incentives and a starting salary of $55,000 per year.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Korean and English; ability to conduct phone/video interviews and write professional business emails in both languages.
• Entry-level applicants welcome; 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and relationship-building is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify candidates’ strengths and match them with opportunities to close hires.
• Post job openings and search for talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess experience and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide hiring updates between clients and candidates.
• Explain job opportunities and terms; follow up after interviews and support the offer process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates from initial contact through start of employment.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date; assist with onboarding and HR tasks.
