Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a motivated HR / Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations, candidate management, and HR administrative functions.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, onboarding support, and general HR administration while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on recruiting platforms and job boards.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage recruiting databases, ATS systems, and candidate records.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination.
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.
• Support HR compliance and internal policy administration.
• Prepare HR reports and recruiting activity updates.
• Communicate with internal departments, hiring managers, and external candidates.
• Support employee engagement and HR-related projects.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate information.
