TEKsystems in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Experience Agent fluent in English and Korean to support Medicare Advantage members. You will respond to inbound inquiries, resolve benefits and enrollment issues, and maintain a patient, compassionate approach.

You'll use internal systems to access member information, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to regulatory requirements. This is a contract-to-hire onsite role with competitive pay.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Familiar with health insurance concepts and benefits.

• Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, timely, and warm support.
