Job summary

EchoLink in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a part-time recruiter who can meet new people and gauge candidate potential through thoughtful questioning. The role is hybrid with a base hourly rate plus commission and may convert to full-time.

You will build and maintain a bilingual talent pipeline, conduct interviews in Korean and English, manage relationships with hiring managers, and support full-cycle recruiting, including on-site assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous corporate work experience is required.
• Full fluency in Korean and English is a must.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Goal-driven individual who demonstrates ability to meet quotas

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible Korean-English bilingual candidates for future open positions
• Conduct comprehensive interviews in both Korean and English to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, professional background, and career aspirations.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding activities and networking events including social media marketing (recruitment) campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and clients
• Attend virtual or in-person meeting
• Perform full-cycle recruiting
• Provide on-site support as needed
