Daesang America Inc., the US arm of Daesang Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support accounts receivable, pricing data, and order records. You will prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, monitor performance against targets, maintain pricing history and margins, and assist with promotions, POs, and S&OP forecasting.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. This role works closely with Finance and Sales teams across our New Jersey headquarters and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with AR processes, pricing data, and sales records.
• Ability to create and interpret pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Track Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue payments; coordinate with Finance for resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing data, and customer information.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports by channel, customer, and SKU; monitor performance vs. targets.
• Maintain pricing history and cost/margin tracking; analyze variances.
• Assist in coordinating promotions, product discontinuation notices, and price increase letters.
• Manage sales databases and purchase orders; support S&OP and forecasting.
