Cesna Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Sales/Marketing Support leader in Mountain View, CA to manage BI data and drive revenue forecasting. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to align strategic goals and deliver timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in management or sales support, strong Korean communication, and robust MS Office reporting skills, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management or sales/marketing support
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, economics, mathematics or statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean
• Excellent reporting skills with MS Office
• Ability to analyze revenue and communicate in real time
• Strategic mindset and leadership to support sales & marketing including engineering
• Ability to build relationships with Sales, PM, TM and drive teams to achieve goals
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Travel up to 10% of the time

Responsabilités

• Publish and manage BI data for RTf, Daily GI, Packing status, PO balance
• Consolidate items for Bi-Weekly CEO reports
• Forecast weekly sales revenue with upside and risk
• Generate Master file (Expected plan, Actual plan, Result) by Regions/Customers/Products
• Manage and request sales split rates by products between overseas branches
• Report monthly sales closing with upside and risk analysis
• Set sales targets with risk and hedge plan for the next year
• Coordinate with HQ on revenue activity issues and processes
• Host Weekly Biz and Revenue meetings
• Arrange strategy workshops twice a year

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and manage Business Intelligence data for (RTF, Daily GI, Packing status, PO balance)
• Consolidate business item for Bi-Weekly CEO reports such as critical issues, progress, outcomes, etc.
• Forecast sales revenue with upside & risk on a weekly basis
• Manage raw data to generate Master file (Expected plan, Actual plan, Result) which is sorted by
• Regions/Customers/Products (Gross/Net)
• Manage and request sales split rates by products between oversea branches
• Report monthly sales closing report with upside & Risk analysis
• Set sales target numbers with Risk & Hedge plan for the following year’s sales revenue and Mid-Long term
• plan
• Coordinate with HQ regarding revenue activity issues and processes
• Manage data for main customer/product with M/S, TAM/SAM and back data
• Host Weekly Meetings (Weekly Biz meeting, Weekly Revenue meeting)
• Arrange and prepare for strategy workshops twice a year

Skills and Specifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Management or Sales/Marketing Support team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics preferred
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean
• Must have excellent reporting skills with MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze revenue and communicate with sales and marketing in real time
• Be able to have a strategic mindset and leadership in order to lead and support sales & marketing; including engineering department
• Ability to build relationships with Sales, PM, TM and encourage/drive the teams to achieve sales goal
• Ability to enjoy and work effectively in a fast paced, ambiguous environment of constant change
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
