Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a B2B Sales Operations Specialist (Korean bilingual) to optimize national account operations, forecast demand, and drive inventory and profitability.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing alignment, and retailer compliance across major retailers. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, wholesale, or retail management.
• Experience working with major national retailers strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables required).
• ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national account sales operations, including orders, tracking, allocation, and fulfillment.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-through and inventory health across accounts.
• Support line reviews, seasonal programs, and promotional execution.
• Coordinate new item setup, SKU onboarding, and retailer compliance requirements.
• Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning; optimize inventory with supply chain.
• Track trade spend, co-op programs, and promotional investments; reconcile invoices and AR with Finance.
• Analyze gross margin performance by account and SKU.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and support leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and in-store activations.
• Improve internal reporting workflows and processes.
