Responsibilities

• Post job openings on internal and external sites.
• Maintain records of candidate interviews and provide status reports to managers.
• Draft job descriptions and company profiles for distribution.
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
• Maintain documentation in the internal database.
• Assist recruitment across Operations.
• Arrange interviews by calling or emailing candidates.
• Attend recruitment events such as job fairs and campus meetings.
• Support updating recruitment policies and write memos in response to queries.
• Manage pre-employment processes and onboarding activities.
