Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Korean bilingual and English proficiency required.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain; 1–3 years in inside sales or customer service.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Support BDMs, prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Qualify inbound leads and map decision-makers and opportunities.
• Coordinate quotes, negotiate terms, and close profitable shipments.
• Cross-sell logistics services and manage tender responses and RFQs.
• Maintain CRM records and track weekly sales metrics.
