Job summary

WOONGJIN INC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Cerritos, CA to drive revenue by supporting the BDM and securing new customer accounts for global logistics services, including air, ocean, and ground freight.

You will coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams, negotiate rates, and expand client relationships with ancillary services such as customs brokerage or warehousing. Proficiency in English and cross-border sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in transportation/logistics with 1–3 years in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint; CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Support BDMs and secure new customer accounts via phone, email, and digital outreach.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations and customer service to deliver shipping solutions.
• Negotiate freight rates and terms to close profitable shipments.
• Expand accounts through cross-sell of warehousing or customs services.
• Maintain CRM records and track quotes and weekly sales metrics.
