Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual Logistics Associate (Inside Sales Representative) to drive growth by acquiring new customers and proposing tailored logistics solutions across apparel, cosmetics, pharma, high-tech, automotive, and energy sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Operations teams, travel up to 30% in the U.S., and ensure service delivery while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales.
• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• Proactive, relationship-building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored logistics proposals including warehousing, distribution, and freight services.
• Lead bids and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.
• Maintain CRM data, track pipeline, and report on performance.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Legal, Operations and Claims teams to deliver solutions.
