Job summary

Ektello is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator (Korean bilingual) for a W2 contract onsite in Plano, TX. You will partner with executive recruiters to manage interview schedules, draft offers, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring smooth candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include travel logistics, HRIS updates, background checks, reporting to HR leadership, and collaboration with business partners to streamline recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor preferred; 4–5 years recruiting support experience.
• Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong MS Excel/MS Outlook skills; familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (Workday) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a partner to Recruiters and Hiring managers, executing coordination efforts.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates.
• Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents.
• Update candidate records and hiring information in HRIS.
• Coordinate interview expense reports and employee referrals.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates via phone and email.
• Execute background checks and ensure timely completion.
• Identify opportunities for candidate experience improvement and scheduling efficiency.
• Pull and create reports for the Recruiting Manager; support process improvements.
