Job summary

Ektello is seeking a Business Analyst - Service Planning and Admin Support for an onsite, 12-month W2 contract in Plano, TX. The role requires Korean-English bilingual capabilities and strong administrative, analytics, and project-management skills.

The candidate will support service planning, document progress, create reports and PPTs, and collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrative support, business analytics, data analytics, or project management.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Reading and writing proficiency highly preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects and/or events.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review service plans and provide administrative support.
• Create reports, PPTs, and meeting recaps.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure B2B customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reporting for Senior leadership and Global HQ in Korea.
• Develop and improve B2B service processes with customer expectations.
• Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for team targets.
