Job summary

Tony Group is seeking a service advisor in Kona, HI to greet guests, accurately document vehicle problems, and provide complete estimates. You will test drive or refer as needed and communicate clearly with guests.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, with a salary range of $60,000–$80,000 base+commission per year and opportunities for professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least two years’ related experience.
• Current HR or compensation credentials or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 1 minute and obtain vehicle information.
• Prepare repair estimates with labor and parts costs; obtain signatures and payment method.
• Track repair progress; inform guests of changes and obtain authorization for repairs.
• Close repair orders and secure vehicles and keys.
• Adhere to Tony Group standards and customer service protocols.
